How long does it take for me to receive my order after it is placed?
Please allow us 7-10 business days to receive an order, but it can arrive as soon as 3 days
depending on the state it is being delivered. Also depending on the time, you place your order.
How long after I purchase, will I receive a tracking number?
You will normally receive a tracking number 3-4 business days (excluding weekends) after your purchase unless you choose expedited shipping. All Packages are shipped through USPS. If your tracking number does not show any tracking updates within 72 hours after you've been sent tracking. Please contact us through email at thenudecollections@gmail.com. please include your name and order number. Processing takes up to 2-7 business days (not all orders, just in case some things are out of stock we like to give extra days just to be SURE.) Priority shipping takes 2-3 days with USPS. After receiving the tracking email, the shipping activity will become available after 24hrs
Do I have the option to "Pick up" my order in person if I order online?
Yes, if you are in the Metro Detroit Michigan area, pick-up is available. If you are in the Memphis, TN area, then Delivery is an option. *Additional fees apply. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup/delivery.
How many times can you reuse a pair of mink lashes?
Our Lashes are carefully handcrafted and made to last through multiple wears. With proper care, each pair can be worn multiple times. Whenever you remove the lashes, please gently remove the glue from them with makeup remover and place them in their tray or a lash case to maintain their natural shape and protect them from dust and bacteria.
Is eyelash adhesive included with my purchase?
No, eyelash adhesive is not included in your purchase.
How do I care for my falsies?
Our mink lashes are made to last for multiple uses but to ensure the
longevity of your lashes, make sure to have a regular maintenance
routine for your lashes. Glue and old makeup can build up and make
your lashes look worn out and old, so follow these tips to provide the
proper care your lashes deserve.
After removing your lashes from your eyes, getting rid of the old glue
is important. Hold the lash by the base and GENTLY peel the glue off
using either your fingers or a pair of tweezers. Do not pull on the
hairs as they may fall out of the band. Keep your lashes safe by
storing them in their original tray or our lash box. Doing so will protect your lashes from dust and bacteria, maintain their
shape, and look fabulous for each wear!
Can I apply mascara on my false lashes?
We recommend NOT adding any mascara to your falsies so you can
get the most use out of your falsies. If you do apply mascara, you can
gently remove and comb the mascara out of the lashes with some
non-oil makeup remover or alcohol. Gently brush through the hairs
with a disposable mascara wand or a Q-tip. Do not soak them in any
Liquids.
Will the false eyelashes harm my lashes?
No. When false eyelashes are applied correctly, with the proper
adhesive and removed gently, there is no harm done to your real
lashes. Real lashes have shown to become healthier from
wearing false eyelashes because it replaces the need to wear
mascara or curl your eyelashes.
Return Policy
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are packaged & shipped. Our return policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your product, you should email hello@livinginluxurybeautyspa.org to start the process.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend getting a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your item and will let you know the next steps. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
We have the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.
Candle Care Instructions
- Dessert candles are novelty candles and require more maintenance than a regular candle, especially if it's in a unique vessel.
- Burn the candle for 2-3 minutes, blow it out, let it solidify, and trim the wick. Now you can relight it.
- Always place your candle on a plate to catch excess wax that may drip down the outside of the candle.
- Dessert candles should burn no more than one hour at a time to ensure safety.
- If a candle with whipped topping or high embellishments burn down quickly, then a more frequent wick trim is required.
- If the vessel gets hot, avoid lighting. This usually happens when there is too little wax left in the vessel.
